Additional information presented with this question:
My husband is due to have vestibular nerve section surgery next month. It would be wonderful if he could avoid this serious brain surgery.

Answer:

Meniere’s Disease is “a disorder of the inner ear that can affect hearing and balance to a varying degree. It is characterized by episodes of vertigo, low-pitched tinnitus, and hearing loss.” [Source: Wikipedia]

We have worked with Meniere’s Disease in the past with varying degrees of success. It could be helpful but there is no guarantee of success.

Your husband could try some Anat Baniel Method (ABM) lessons by going to see an ABM NeuroMovement Practitioner in his area. Whatever the outcome, ABM NeuroMovement lessons would be useful and helpful for his general well-being.

NeuroMovement will also support the recovery process if he decides to move ahead with the surgery.

To find an ABM NeuroMovement Practitioner, you can go to the Find a Practitioner web page.
