SHIPPING

We ship all products via USPS Priority Mail. For domestic orders, you can generally expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.  International shipments, however, can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.

You will receive email notification of the tracking information from USPS.

All delivery times are subject to weather, holiday traffic, etc. Although we strive to ship as soon as the order is received, there is no guarantee the item(s) will ship immediately. It may take a few days to process your order.

Streaming Video Access

If you ordered a streaming video product, you will receive an email with your login credentials. If you do not receive this within one hour, please check your spam folder. We automatically resend your credentials two days later for your convenience.

RETURN POLICY

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON ALL PRODUCTS*

*If you wish to return one or more of the ordered programs or products, these items need to be returned within 30 days of the postmarked shipment you received to get a full refund, less shipping & handling. If it is an online streaming program or video, please request a refund within 30 days of the date that you received email access to the video(s).

If it is a physical product, please send the DVD(s) or CD(s) back in the original packaging. If the packaging or the product is damaged, please contact the ABM Office at 415-472-6622 or email staff@anatbanielmethod.com before you mail it back.
