NeuroMovement® for Whole Body Fitness
NeuroMovement® is a holistic approach to human functioning, based in the understanding that the brain organizes all movement, thought, feeling and action, and that the brain is incredibly plastic, i.e., it continuously changes and rewires itself in response to experience throughout life. This session will discuss the science-based “principles” of positive brain change, and provide practical tools for the health and fitness practitioner to bring to their clients, their research, and themselves. A series of NeuroMovement lessons will be introduced in order to enable all participants to experience transformations in their own strength, flexibility, dexterity and pain relief.
