NeuroMovement® Revolution Podcast with Anat Baniel Episode 46

Join us for our next episode, scheduled for Tuesday, January 19, at 9:00 am Pacific time.
The topic of Episode 46 will be: Healing Trauma and Building Resilience with “Neural Re-Narrating™”

Anat and her special guest Donna Jackson Nakazawa will be LIVE via Zoom and Facebook for NeuroMovement® Revolution.

Donna is an award-winning science journalist, author of six books, and an internationally recognized speaker whose work explores the intersection of neuroscience, immunology, and human emotion. She is the bestselling author of The Angel and the Assassin: The Tiny Brain Cell That Changed the Course of Medicine. Some of her other greatly influential books include Childhood Disrupted and The Last Best Cure.

This year has been chock-full of adversity, uncertainty, and distress on so many levels: the worst pandemic in a hundred years, millions facing economic uncertainty, global climate change, and mounting political discord. Over time, facing unpredictable, chronic stressors can deliver us into a low-grade state of fight, flight, freeze, harming our immune system and our nervous system.

Perhaps you’ve noticed changes in your mood, mindset, or health. Or, perhaps you’re not aware of the tension you may be holding onto as you keep on coping, and caregiving for those around you. Either way, over time, chronic stress can begin to take a toll on your long-term health.

Knowledge in and of itself is not enough to change old, neural patterns. When we try to change our thought patterns and reactions on our own, we automatically overlay old, ingrained thought patterns onto newly learned approaches.

Donna Jackson NakazawaDonna will discuss her process of “Neural Re-Narrating™” for healing trauma and building resilience. Thousands of health care workers, physicians, practitioners, educators, and individuals facing high levels of stress on the front lines of the global pandemic are already using this process.

She translates emerging science in ways that help individuals find new ways and layers of healing from trauma, and handling crisis with greater resilience.

We will also discuss her latest book The Angel and the Assassin-The Tiny Brain Cell That Changed the Course of Medicine and her new online course Your Healing Narrative: Write-to-Heal With Neural Re-Narrating™.

The pandemic has created incredible stress to so many, especially to those homeschooling their children and those caring for children with special needs.

We hope you will join us and take advantage of Donna’s exceptional knowledge and ability to speak science in understandable ways, easily applicable in daily life.

Anat and Donna will also be answering both live questions and pre-submitted questions. Please make sure to pre-submit questions if you would like them to be considered for this podcast.
