Whether you’re just a little stiff from repetitive movements and power workouts or harboring a longstanding injury from sports or an accident, Anat Baniel’s groundbreaking work can create real, sustainable change — physically, emotionally, and cognitively.

About the EILEEN FISHER Learning Lab
From the inside out, Eileen Fisher has learned that all change begins with each individual person.
The vision for the Learning Lab emerges from Eileen Fisher’s 30-year journey from a young woman with a desire to create comfortable clothing and $350 in the bank to the head of an international company that employs more than 1,200 people.
In the process, Eileen Fisher has had to grow both personally and professionally in order to rise to the demands of her life — and the demands of our times.
Dive into an enlivening day of change and discovery through simple movement lessons that will completely release and renew all of the places your body is stuck, in pain, or injured.
Additional Directions: The EILEEN FISHER Learning Lab is located in the Trent Building. Use the building’s East Main Entrance on South Buckhout Street, at the intersection with Station Road. Look for a large light-green door with a black awning. Once inside, the Learning Lab will be straight ahead of you.
