Our bodies are magical. 37.2 trillion cells work together to create each one of us, and our bodies are designed to move!
From birth onward, through a multitude of experiences, our brain apprentices itself to our body, mapping the body to itself and forming patterns that allow us our thoughts, feelings, and action. This process slows down as early as our teenage years, leading to many of our limitations. The good news is that the brain, at any age, is constructed to change itself for the better, thus ridding us of aches and pain and getting us—body and mind—to much higher levels of performance.
In this workshop, you can experience your brain waking up. Easy, pleasurable, fun, and safe movement lessons can provide your brain with new information that leads to greater flexibility, strength, and mental clarity.
Each lesson focuses on different areas of the body, mapping it more fully to the brain. You will have the opportunity to gain theoretical and practical tools that you can use to continue enhancing your fitness level at home.
