We received this amazing and adorable video from one of our parents whose child is getting lessons from several Anat Baniel Method® (ABM) NeuroMovement® Practitioners.

“At our house, we follow the Nine Essentials every moment we can. Anat Baniel’s book Kids Beyond Limits is like a bible to me.

We started ABM [NeuroMovement] lessons when my son turned 2 years old with ABM Practitioners Brendan Elms and Marcy Lindheimer. We have had about 45 lessons between the two of them so far.

In this video, my son (who has a diagnosis of Down Syndrome and just turned 4) is spontaneously practicing the Variation Essential!

We taught him the ABCs but he decided to figure out how to say them backwards.:)”
