Anat Baniel’s breakthrough methods are recognized and applauded by parents, health and medical professionals, and those at the cutting edge of the neurosciences. Her techniques are being enthusiastically endorsed by leading brain scientists, medical doctors, and others in the helping professions.

She has developed a science-based approach that focuses on the brain and its remarkable abilities to change and learn. She uses gentle movements and a carefully developed set of Nine Essentials together to help people to overcome their limitations.

“With this gentle approach we do not focus on the person’s limitations,” she says. “Rather than try to force people into developmental milestones they are not ready to do successfully, we carefully wake up the brain to create new connections, often at a staggering rate, leading to spontaneous, often extraordinary breakthroughs in movement, thinking, self-regulation, and connection with others.”

Baniel believes that the greatest potential for transformation, though often difficult to grasp, is not in trying to make people do what they can’t, but in finding ways to help each persons’s brain differentiate and spontaneously discover how to go beyond his or her limitations.

Hilary Mason, who is now a certified Practitioner of this Method, states: “It’s so important to share this work. This work has changed my son’s life. It has changed my life.”
