increase, you are very likely to experience increasing deterioration and

40 - 54: You are beginning to experience some deterioration.
If medical problems are causing your problems, at least in part, make
sure to seek the appropriate medical help. In addition begin immediately,

25 - 39: It's time to do something to help you feel
and do better. First make sure to see a doctor to find out if there is
any medical problem that needs to be attended to. If you are suffering
from significant pains or limitation in your movement, you might want
to see an Anat Baniel Method Practitioner
in addition to doing the DVD or CD programs.
24 or less: You need help! Check with your physician
to see if there is anything he/she can suggest that might help. If you
are experiencing significant pain or limitation in your movement, you
might want to see an Anat Baniel Method Practitioner
first before beginning with the DVD or CD
programs.
