On a scale from 1 to 5, rate how strongly you can agree with these statements with 1 meaning "strongly disagree", 3 meaning "neither agree nor disagree" and 5 meaning "strongly agree":

Check your score:

70 - 80: You are doing great! Continue with what you are doing and how you are doing it. Being so vital and curious, you might still want to take advantage of the Anat Baniel Method Programs and reach new levels of vitality and well being.

55 - 69: You are doing O.K. but you have to watch out. If your score doesn’t increase, you are very likely to experience increasing deterioration and aging symptoms setting in as time goes on. You are a perfect candidate for the Anat Baniel Method Programs for anti aging and life time fitness. By doing these programs you will feel immediate reversal in your aging symptoms (no matter your actual chronological age) and you will be on the road to profound well being

40 - 54: You are beginning to experience some deterioration. If medical problems are causing your problems, at least in part, make sure to seek the appropriate medical help. In addition begin immediately, if cleared by your doctor, with one of the Anat Baniel Method Programs as described in the section “Anat recommends”.

25 - 39: It's time to do something to help you feel and do better. First make sure to see a doctor to find out if there is any medical problem that needs to be attended to. If you are suffering from significant pains or limitation in your movement, you might want to see an Anat Baniel Method Practitioner in addition to doing the DVD or CD programs.

24 or less: You need help! Check with your physician to see if there is anything he/she can suggest that might help. If you are experiencing significant pain or limitation in your movement, you might want to see an Anat Baniel Method Practitioner first before beginning with the DVD or CD programs.
