OPEN POSITION

Marketing Project Manager/Implementer

This candidate will perform the critical function of coordination, production and implementation of our digital marketing and operations.

You are a friendly team player, highly organized, and flexible. You can juggle multiple projects and are technically savvy. You easily comprehend and thrive handling complex systems, and you are a fast learner.

Job Description

Management of the workflow and assembly of our product sets, including:

  • Online Campaigns and “Emailer” Campaigns
  • Marketing Material Development:
  • Facilitate updates and creation of collateral materials
  • Management of vendor selection and pricing for Printed Marketing Materials
  • Design Projects utilizing any External Vendors
  • Relations Management with External Design Resources
  • Manage Relations and Accounting for Affiliate and/or Joint Venture (JV) partnerships
  • Manage Client Communications such as:
    • Newsletter
    • Product/Training announcements
    • Presentations/Events
  • Digital content management
  • Manage video production lifecycle
  • Occasional minor updates on WordPress
  • Social Media development and management

Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in Independent Project Management and execution with little to no supervision required
  • Excellent skills with online collaboration tools and can quickly absorb new technology skills as required
  • Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM) software (InfusionSoft Experience Preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both with the BIG picture and its related details
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team

Position

  • Full Time. Salary negotiable with applied experience and skill levels in consideration.
  • This position is located in the San Rafael office.

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant who thrives working in a growing and dynamic company, and enjoys rewarding hard work.

You are a friendly, positive team player, highly organized, and flexible. You can juggle multiple projects and see them to completion. You are technically savvy. You easily comprehend and thrive handling complex systems, and you are a fast learner. You are willing to go the extra mile as the company grows.

Job Description includes but is not limited to:

  • Answer phone, redirect calls, and check voicemail
  • Process emails, answer client and customer questions
  • Oversee and execute projects
  • Coordinate CEO’s business and personal calendars
  • Coordinate dates for events, meetings, appointments with the CEO, including travel.
  • Coordinate CEO’s speaking invitations and engagements
  • Oversee CEU (renewals) applications working with volunteers
  • Administrative coordination of offsite workshops and other events
  • Run personal and business errands for CEO when needed
  • Manage advertising

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both with the big picture and its many related details
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team
  • Resourceful and solution orientated
  • Ability to manage and execute projects to successful completion in collaboration with others
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Experience
  • Database experience
  • Able to anticipate the daily needs of the business, the staff and the CEO (author, public speaker and practitioner), and you require minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work well with the team, as well as with high end clients and businesses.

Position

  • Full-time position, in office, 40 hours a week. 90 day mutual trial period.

Technical, Office and Online Customer Support Position

We are looking for a candidate who will work closely with, and support, our amazing Product Coordinator/Technical/and Online person.

Job Description

  • Database entry from multiple sources (in InfusionSoft)
  • Route phone calls when main admin is unavailable.
  • Shipping of products
  • Order supplies for office and events
  • Manage inventory
  • Online and in person customer service/trouble shooting
  • Create documentation and procedures on all of your duties and tasks
  • Support office staff as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both with the BIG picture and its related details
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team

Position

  • Full time, 40 hours, 5 days a week with starting hourly wage $20-$22 per hour
